Mac Danzig takes on Clay Guida at UFC Ultimate Fight Night on September 17th. Mac’s been training with me three times per-week for the past three weeks. The fight is four and a half weeks away; this is when training intensity starts to increase. The workouts will become shorter and more intense, designed to simulate the fight. Training has been going great; I can’t wait to see it “go down” on the 17th.
