Congratulations Kim!!

Congratulations to Kim Couture on winning her first professional MMA fight Friday night in San Jose.  Kim defeated Lina Kvokov by TKO in Round one at Strikeforce’s “Destruction.”  Kim trained hard for this fight, it was great to see her come away with the victory.

Media Workout At the MGM Grand!

11 More Days!!!

In just eleven days one of the biggest fights in MMA history is going to take place.  Randy Couture defends his Heavyweight title against Brock Lesnar.  Randy’s strength/conditioning training with me couldn’t have gone any better for this fight.  Randy’s been training with me since September 2nd and is in phenomenal shape.  I trained Randy for the Gabriel Gonzaga fight last year and we trained a total of fourteen times.  For this training camp, we will have close to thirty sessions logged.  That’s a huge difference and I can’t wait to see it pay off!  Here are some pictures of this mornings training session.
