Jan Nortje takes on Sokoudjou next week in Dream’s open-weight tournament held in Japan. Standing 6′11, Jan will have a major size advantage over Sokoudjou. Jan’s been in Las Vegas working with all of us at Xtreme Couture for the past month. Jan and I have had four solid weeks of training and I look forward to seeing the fight. Here are some pictures from a recent training session with Jan and Ray Sefo.

Phil Baroni is taking on Joe Riggs at Strikeforce on June 6th in St. Louis, MO. Bottom line, this is the most in-shape and athletic Phil Baroni I’ve seen yet. He’s trained his butt off for this fight and the pictures below show what kind of shape he’s in. Make sure to watch the fight, it has “fireworks” written all over it.
